One year ago, Kennedy's Didsbury opened its doors on Wilmslow Road, and we marked the anniversary with a full weekend of live music. If the turnout was anything to go by, Didsbury's taken to us in a big way.

The birthday weekend ran Thursday through Sunday with a full line-up that included some of our live music favourites. There was plenty of dancing, singing, drinking and great craic, so thanks to everyone who joined us, we had a blast. But, our live music happens every weekend at Kennedy's Didsbury if you missed the birthday weekend.

It's been a big first year all round. We were named a finalist for Best Town Pub at the Great British Pub Awards 2026, the only Greater Manchester venue in the category. We made the inaugural Guinness Harp Guide 2026, one of just 35 pubs across the UK recognised for serving the best pint of Guinness. And we've become the main shirt sponsor of Oisin GAA Manchester's men's senior shirt sponsor.

Here's to year two.
