# Kennedy's Irish Bars

> Kennedy's Irish Bars runs two traditional Irish pubs in South Manchester, in Altrincham and Didsbury. Both sites are built around great Guinness, live music and good Irish hospitality, and both have been recognised in national and regional guides for 2026.

Kennedy's Altrincham opened in 2021 on Greenwood Street and is the original site. It was named in CAMRA's Manchester's Best Beer Pubs and Bars guide, 2nd edition, 2026. Kennedy's Didsbury opened in 2025 on Wilmslow Road. It was named one of only 35 pubs in the UK in the inaugural Guinness Harp Guide 2026, and is a Best Town Pub finalist at the Great British Pub Awards 2026, the only Greater Manchester venue in that category. Both sites run weekly drink deals and live music, with a mix of Irish, Country, Folk, Rock and Pop.
