ABOUT THE ROLE
Flexible shifts that fit around studies, another job, or whatever else you've got on.
You'll be pulling pints, serving customers, clearing tables, and keeping the bar moving through the busy spells, especially match days and weekends.
Experience is a nice to have, but if you turn up on time, work hard, and treat people well, we'll teach you the rest, including how to pour a proper Guinness.
It's a good crowd to work with, and there's room to take on more hours or responsibility if you want it.
REQUIREMENTS
A good attitude and reliability count for more than experience here.
We're after personality: people who can have the craic with customers and bring a bit of energy to the room.
You'll need to be happy on your feet through a busy shift, quick to muck in, and dependable when you're rostered.
Any previous hospitality or customer-facing work is a bonus, but it's not essential.
Bring the right character and we'll do the rest.
