Behind the bars there's a small team keeping the whole group moving: marketing, HR, operations, finance, and everything in between.
As we grow towards a third site and beyond, these roles matter more, not less. We don't always have something open, and when we do it's usually specific, but we'd rather hear from the right person early than miss them.
We work in a small, hands-on way, so there's real responsibility from day one and no hiding in a big structure.
If you like building something rather than maintaining it, this is a good place to do it.
REQUIREMENTS
A clear skill we can use, whether that's marketing, operations, finance, or something adjacent to hospitality.
A self-starting attitude, the kind of person who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
Personality counts here as much as it does behind the bar, since you'll be working closely with a small team.

ABOUT KENNEDY'S
Kennedy's is an Irish bar group in Manchester, run by people who care about getting the details right.
We've two sites, in Altrincham and Didsbury, with a third on the way.
Altrincham made CAMRA's guide to Manchester's best beer pubs and bars, and Didsbury is one of only 35 pubs in the UK named in the inaugural Guinness Harp Guide.
